My Biography

Matthew Senn grew up the son of a Jewish Father, but after his parents divorced when he was young, his mother began attending a charismatic church. This provided Matthew with a unique spiritual background. Matthew committed his life to Jesus Christ at a very young age, and as he grew older, he aspired to become a lawyer. However, God had other plans. In 1997, God placed a dream in Matthew's heart to be a healing evangelist. Given his Jewish background, this was the last thing on his mind. If God were truly calling him to the healing ministry, then God would have to display His power through Matthew in a special way.

Matthew attended Southeastern University at Lakeland, Florida in 1997, graduating in May 2000. It was here that God began training him for Ministry. Under the guidance of Pastor Reggie Scarborough, he learned the importance of being led by the Holy Spirit. Matthew also had the opportunity to serve Benny Hinn's ministry, and traveled domestically and internationally with Benny's youth pastor, Joe Manno. Matthew was Ordained in 2007.

Matthew's ministry began to take off in 2002 after moving to Marion, Indiana. The Lord began to use him to release dramatic healing in people's bodies. Matthew and a college student often shared their passion for God with other students, so they began having weekly meetings where they prayed for the sick. This ministry, called Faith Alive, quickly grew from two young men, to an attendance of 80 to 100. Through this ministry, and his ministry through the local church, he began to see tumors disappear immediately. Blind eyes and deaf ears were also opened.

The Vision of Matthew Senn Ministries is to be used to restore the healing and miracle ministry of Jesus back into the local church, and to teach and equip people to be used in healing based on the Word of God which says, "And these signs will follow those who believe: In My name they will…lay hands on the sick and they will recover" (Mark 16). Matthew also has a desire to be used to restore families, and those who are bound by depression, anxiety, and various addictions.
